Nicola Riske is a highly respected spirits educator and industry leader, currently serving as Southern European Brand Education Manager for The Macallan. With over 15 years in the drinks industry, she is known for her engaging approach to flavor, distilling, and education.

Nicola holds certifications as a Distiller, Sherry Educator, and Olive Oil Sommelier, and is a candidate for both the Diploma in Distilling and WSET Level 3 in Spirits. Named Global Scotch Whisky Ambassador at the Icons of Whisky Awards, she also serves on the Tales of the Cocktail Education Committee, and was recently inducted into the Dame Hall of Fame.
