Nicholas "Nik" Kosobucki is a certified Master of Scotch and Master of Whiskey with the Council of Whiskey Masters, and was among the first to earn the Council’s highest-level credential following the 2024 examinations at the Isle of Raasay in Scotland.

With over a decade in the hospitality industry, Nik has overseen bar programs at high-end properties, including a luxury collection hotel under Sage Hospitality. Now based in New Orleans, he remains actively involved in the Council’s work—serving as an examination panelist and mentoring future candidates through the certification process.
