Tobias Gorn is a seasoned wine and spirits writer, consultant, and long-time competition judge with broad international experience. Since 2019, he has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Council of Whiskey Masters, contributing industry insight to its ongoing development.

He is also the co-founder of the International Drinks Specialists, a consultancy that brings together professionals to support spirits producers and brand owners in navigating product development, evaluation, and market positioning.

Toby’s work reflects years in the field, with a focus on technical tasting, critical analysis, and advising within the global drinks industry. Through his work in judging and consultancy, he helps guide how brands interpret and respond to critical evaluation.
